Brazil Mio Peaberry
This smooth-bodied coffee offers a perfect balance of body and acidity, leaving you with a sweet, pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoy tasting notes of shortbread and apricot jam.
What makes this coffee truly unique is its red honey processing. During this process, around 50% of the coffee cherry’s fruit is left on the bean as it dries for several days. This partial fruit layer caramelises, creating a richer, more complex flavour profile.
Adding to its distinction, only peaberry beans are selected. Peaberries are the result of a natural mutation in which a single, rounder bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the typical two. This mutation is believed to produce a more concentrated and even flavour.
